This blend is formulated to ease those discomforts and bring you soothing relief. 

Suggested Use: 5 drops added to 1 tbsp of the carrier to promote the relief of menstrual cramps.

Applications:  Aromatically, Topical with dilution or Neat - no dilution needed.
